Nice vintage condition. Pet and smoke free home. Clean inside. I don't know if these held powder but I don't see a puff. There is a little piece that has a  silk tab that you can pull out  a little fabric piece on the bottom but I don't want to pull it out in case I can't get it back in. FREE SHIP USA.
