    Vintage Elgin American Gold Mesh Compact. It measures 3 inches round. It still has the original puff and a and sifter/mesh. It does not appear to have ever been used for makeup. There is some tarnishing inside around the rim. There are some surface scratches on the top. Mirror reflects well and the mesh looks good. Really pretty piece for vanity decor.
