Vintage Elgin American Cosmetic Compact.
This is a beautiful etched gold tone floral design compact with several different departments. Powder, pill, lipstick , tissue or cash, and the original puff. The mirror is missing. Has a small comb in back. Has some superficial scratches but mother mayor. The black carrying case is of twill fabric and shows wear and tear on both side and bottom. In all for its age probably around the 1950 it’s in good condition. Mark Elgin American Made in the USA. The compact measure 4 3/8 long and 2 5/8 wide. This would make a wonderful addition to anyone collection.
