Vintage COTY POWDER & ROUGE MAKEUP COMPACT
~ Gold Tone Belt Buckle Design
Rouge looks unused.  Very little Powder is present.  Powder compartment is "hidden". You push the button on the right and it opens.  Powder puff is detached from itself. Case has some scratches and wear on the back and name is worn off.
